These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of IRWCMS Extension, including its website, browser extension, and related digital services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Provider Information

IRWCMS Extension is developed and operated by an individual person.

IRWCMS Extension is not a registered company, firm, LLP, partnership, MSME, or government entity.

2. Nature of the Service

• Digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool
• Provides automation assistance for repetitive tasks
• All services are delivered electronically
• No physical goods, shipping, or offline services
• All automation actions are explicitly user-initiated

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Independent Service Disclaimer

• Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any government authority or third-party website
• Does not claim authorization, partnership, or representation of any external platform
• Operates independently as a productivity and automation assistance tool

4. Third-Party Website Dependency

The Service interacts with third-party websites over which the developer has no ownership, control, or authority.

• Third-party websites may change, restrict, block, or discontinue access at any time
• Such changes may partially or completely affect the Service
• Continued compatibility is not guaranteed

No Liability Clause: The developer shall not be liable for disruptions caused by third-party changes.

5. Credits, Payments & Usage

• Prepaid, credit-based usage model
• Payments processed securely via Razorpay
• Credits delivered digitally after confirmation
• Credits are non-transferable

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Binding)

No Refunds

Once credits are successfully delivered, no refunds shall be issued, including due to third-party changes, service discontinuation, or unused credits.

Refund Allowed Only If

• Payment was successful
• Credits were not delivered
• Complaint submitted within 7 days
• Complaint sent to official support email

7. User Responsibilities

• Use the Service lawfully
• Ensure authorization on third-party websites
• Accept responsibility for all actions
• Comply with applicable laws and policies

8. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided “as is” and “as available”
• No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount paid for credits that were not delivered.

9. Suspension or Termination

The developer may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time due to misuse, abuse, or legal risk. No refunds shall be issued for delivered credits.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Jurisdiction lies exclusively in West Bengal, India.
