Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on IRWCMS Extension, including its website and browser extension services.

IRWCMS Extension is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by an individual developer and provides services on a prepaid, credit-based model.

1. Nature of Service

  • All services are digital and electronic
  • No physical products, shipping, or offline services
  • Purchases are made in the form of prepaid digital credits
  • Credits are delivered electronically after successful payment

2. No-Refund Policy (General Rule)

Once credits are successfully delivered to the user account, no refunds or cancellations will be provided, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • User chooses not to use the service
  • Credits remain unused or partially used
  • Service becomes limited or unusable due to third-party website changes, restrictions, blocking, or discontinuation
  • Technical changes beyond the developer’s control
  • User misunderstanding of the service functionality

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Exception)

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Payment was successfully completed
  • Credits were not delivered to the user account
  • The issue is reported within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment

No other circumstances qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Request Procedure

  • Provide valid payment details (transaction ID, date, amount)
  • Allow reasonable time for verification

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may stop using the service at any time
  • No subscription obligation exists
  • Cancellation does not qualify for refunds
  • Delivered credits remain non-refundable

6. Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer

IRWCMS Extension depends on third-party websites and platforms beyond the developer’s control.

Any restriction, change, or discontinuation by third-party services does not entitle users to refunds.

7. Final Decision Authority

All refund decisions are made solely by the service operator, RAMKRISHNA BARMAN, in accordance with this policy and applicable Indian laws.
