This Privacy Policy explains how IRWCMS Extension (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”) collects, uses, processes, and protects information when you use our browser extension, website, and related digital services.

IRWCMS Extension is independently developed and operated by RAMKRISHNA BARMAN, an individual resident of India.

1. Scope & Purpose of the Service

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The IRWCMS Extension website
  • The IRWCMS Extension browser extension
  • Related services provided by the Service

The Service is designed solely to automate Record Measurement and billing form entry in the Indian Railway Work Contract Management System (IR-WCMS) using user-prepared Excel measurement data. All automation occurs only after explicit user action.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Service securely and effectively.

  • Basic authentication identifiers (such as email address) via Google Sign-In
  • Service usage and credit status for access management
  • Payment confirmation references from our payment processor

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Passwords, PINs, or login credentials
  • Debit or credit card details
  • Bank or UPI information
  • Government-issued identification documents
  • Health, biometric, or medical data
  • Personal communications or browsing history
  • Location data (IP address, GPS, or tracking)
  • Keystroke logging or behavioral analytics

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Manage credits and usage limits
  • Maintain security and prevent misuse
  • Improve performance and reliability

We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

5. Data Processing & Automation

Excel files uploaded by the user are processed locally within the browser. Form data is inserted into IR-WCMS pages only when the user explicitly initiates automation.

  • No background automation
  • No autonomous execution
  • No permanent storage of Excel or form data

6. Payments & Financial Data

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay under the account registered to RAMKRISHNA BARMAN.

  • No card, UPI, or banking data is stored
  • Only payment confirmation and reference identifiers are received

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • No selling, renting, or trading of user data
  • No sharing with advertisers

Data may be disclosed only to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights and security of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth for authentication
  • Firebase services for account and credit validation
  • Payment gateway providers

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

9. Security & Remote Code

All extension code is bundled within the package. No remote JavaScript, WebAssembly, or dynamically executed code is used. The Service follows Chrome Manifest V3 security standards.

10. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as required for service operation or legal compliance. Users may revoke access at any time by uninstalling the extension.
