This Credits Consumption Policy explains how prepaid credits are used, deducted, and managed within IRWCMS Extension.

IRWCMS Extension is an independent digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool operated by RAMKRISHNA BARMAN as an individual developer.

1. Credit-Based Usage Model

IRWCMS Extension operates on a prepaid, credit-based usage system
Credits must be purchased in advance to access automation features
Credits are deducted based on feature usage, task execution, or automation actions
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable

2. Credit Deduction Logic

Credit consumption may vary depending on:

Type of automation task performed
Number of records or actions executed
Complexity or duration of the operation
System or operational considerations

Credits are deducted automatically at the time of service usage.

3. Right to Modify Credit Consumption Rates

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The service operator reserves the absolute right to modify, increase, decrease, or restructure credit deduction rates, rules, or calculation logic:

At any time
Without prior notice
Without individual user consent

Such changes may apply immediately to both existing and future users, including users with previously purchased credits.

4. No Guarantee of Fixed Credit Value

IRWCMS Extension does not guarantee:

Fixed credit-to-action ratios
Permanent pricing or consumption rates
Lifetime availability of any feature

Credit value is relative to the service configuration at the time of usage.

5. No Refund Due to Credit Rate Changes

Changes in credit consumption rates do not qualify for:

Refunds
Partial refunds
Credit reversals
Compensation of any kind

Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for monitoring their available credit balance
Users should review current usage behavior before performing automation tasks
Continued use constitutes acceptance of current credit rules

7. Abuse or Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate or bypass the credit system may result in:

Immediate credit deduction
Suspension or termination of access
Permanent account restriction

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in West Bengal, India.
